Service Support

Our factory trained ServiceTechnician provides both workshop and mobile servicing and repair of rehabilitation and mobility equipment.

Mobile Service

Our technician is available to come to your home for onsite service or repairs.

Fully Equipped Workshop

You may drop off your equipment to our workshop for service or repair. You can then pick it up yourself or we can arrange to deliver your equipment back to you.

In the event of any major or long term repairs, we may be able to provide you with loan equipment  (subject to availability).

We keep the most commonly required parts in stock to ensure our repair turn-around is kept to a minimum. Home Safety & Comfort are authorised warranty agents for key industry manufacturers.

Regular Servicing

We recommend having your scooter or powerchair serviced at least once a year. This way, we can attend to any problems that may  be present and deal with them before they become a major problem.
